Our cake designer and pastry chef - Jennifer Falotico - pictured below (right), began
baking at an early age. Every year on Christmas Eve, she would make dozens of cookies
with her dad while her mom was preparing Christmas dinner. A tradition she still
carries on to this day. She decided to pursue her hobby and graduated from the Institute
of Culinary Education in Manhattan in 2006. After making wedding cakes, tarts and
pastries for her friends and family for the last few years, they encouraged her to
bake professionally...Sweet Things was born.

Sweet Things creates custom-designed wedding cakes that are as delicious as they
are beautiful. We offer a wide variety of designs from classic, to whimsical, to
works of art with hand-crafted, lifelike sugar flowers. Your wedding cake should
be a reflection of your personality, and we will work with you to design the cake
of your dreams - with delicious layers, fillings and frostings decorated to match
